The basic amenities of your apartment include:
Some apartments feature a washer and dryer, and most also provide an iron and ironing board. If you have special requests, please feel free to contact us. Full details of the equipment can be found in the room specifications or upon booking.
Some apartments are equipped with their own washer and dryer. Please check the residence description for details, or contact us to request a suite with these facilities. We can also recommend a laundry service in the House. Feel free to reach out to us at: info@vodickovaluxurysuites.cz.
Each of our Suites provides complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi for your personal use. You can connect as many devices as you need.
To ensure all our guests feel comfortable, smoking is not permitted in the apartments or the building. If you wish to smoke, kindly do so outside. Please note, guests found smoking indoors will be fined 1.000 EUR.
Unfortunately, our apartments and building are not suitable for pets. However, guide and assistance dogs are welcome and may stay with our guests in the apartments.
When making your reservation, you entered payment card details, unless you booked through a third party with a different payment method. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for the payment details, which should align with the payment method you selected. If you didn't book through a third party with an alternative payment method, you will receive a secure payment link on the last day of your cancellation window. This link will allow you to complete the payment and secure your reservation.
Payments for non-refundable bookings are processed immediately upon reservation confirmation. Please note that these funds are non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled.
Once you complete your online reservation, check if you’ve received a confirmation email. It will contain all the necessary information for an easy online check-in, which can be done from the comfort of your home.

Due to the historic structure of our renovated 19th-century building, we are unable to provide on-site parking or underground garage facilities. However, you can briefly stop at Vodičkova 709/33, Prague 1, to drop off or pick up your luggage.
For parking, we recommend MR.PARKIT, located just 300 meters (5 minutes' walk) from our property at Václavské náměstí 799/48. Several additional MR.PARKIT facilities are available within 200-500 meters (3-5 minutes' walk). You can reserve your parking space online at www.mrparkit.com. Use promotion code "vodickova33" to receive a 10% discount.

Unfortunately, our apartments accommodate a maximum of two guests, so extra beds are not available.

We are happy to arrange a driver (or pick you up personally) to meet you upon your arrival in Prague. Simply email us in advance at: info@vodickovaluxurysuites.cz with your flight, train, or bus details and arrival time. Of course, this will all work out after confirmation from our side.
*For reference, the cost of a transfer from Václav Havel Airport to the city centre in our luxury Mercedes V-Class for up to 6 persons is 2500 CZK/100 EUR.
A. Traveling from Prague Airport is easy with Uber – the official partnership between the airport and Uber began in October 2023. Just head outside where Uber taxis are waiting at the exits. Use the Uber app. The fare is fixed and won’t change, similar to cities like Paris, New York, or Berlin. Pay for your Uber ride just like anywhere else in the world.
B. Try the city airport buses. They’ll take you where you need to go and offer a true local experience. Change to the metro, hop on a tram, or go directly to your destination at Vodičkova Luxury Suites. It’s reliable and straightforward.
Depending on the frequency of connections, the journey to us takes approximately 40 minutes. Here are a few options:
1. From Václav Havel Airport, take bus No. 100 to Zličín station
2. At Zličín, transfer to the B metro line and travel to Můstek
3. From Můstek station, exit at Václavské náměstí, Vodičkova 33 is a 2-minute walk
or
1. From Václav Havel Airport, take bus/trolleybus No. 322/59 to Nádraží Veleslavín
2. At Nádraží Veleslavín, transfer to the A metro line and travel to Můstek
3. From Můstek station, exit at Václavské náměstí, Vodičkova 33 is a 2-minute walk
Before you start exploring Prague, please complete our online registration process from the comfort of your home. Our apartments do not have a reception, so it is essential to provide all required guest details per Czech law and complete payment. This check-in is similar to a hotel where you also need to present identification.
You will receive an email with access codes to your apartment approximately 24 hours before arrival. From 3:00 PM on your arrival day, you can begin your Prague adventure!
Need an earlier check-in? Write to us or call, and we will try to accommodate your request if the apartment is ready.
Your apartment’s access code expires at 10:00 AM on your departure day. If you booked directly on our website, the code will remain active until 12:00 PM. After this time, the code will no longer work.
The final cleaning is included in your booking, but we would appreciate it if you could leave the apartment in good condition. Please ensure all windows are closed and all electrical appliances and lights are turned off. Thank you for your cooperation.
Depending on availability, we will try to accommodate your request. Just send us an email or call, and we will provide all necessary details. Please note that apartment cleaning takes longer than regular hotel rooms, so we require more time. In some cases, a small fee may apply, but if this is the case, we will inform you in advance.
