a new project established in 2024, backed by over 30 years of experience in hospitality and gastronomy. Our mission is continuous development and growth to provide our guests with first-class services and unforgettable experiences during their stay in Prague. HISTORY OF THE LOCATION

The history of this building dates back to the 14th century. According to historical records, the current Art Nouveau building was originally constructed in the late 14th century as a house on newly parceled land belonging to the monastery of Our Lady of the Snows. In the late 17th century, during the Baroque period, Jan Bendl, the son of the famous early Baroque sculptor Jan Jiří Bendl, lived here.

The original building changed hands several times and underwent multiple reconstructions over the years, with the most recent occurring at the beginning of the 20th century. This renovation resulted in the creation of the building known as Vítkův House, which served as the headquarters for the Prague Drug Trade and as the photo center for the Panax company.

The owner of Vítkův House was František Vítek, the owner of the Central Drugstore and a factory producing cosmetics and dietary products. He was also a member of the board of directors of Banka Praha and Česká banka in Prague and served as vice president of the New Business Guild in Prague.
